Content Imperative: Aiming “to be the world’s most widely recognized and trusted provider of high-quality information about health,” Harvard Medical School’s Harvard Health Publications group turned to the Internet to fulfill that mission, with an OBS-built content repository and e-commerce web site.
The content repository offered a single site where Harvard affiliates and people from remote departments within Harvard could access and manage ever-changing content. The public site offered viewers free access to much information on health and wellness, as well as the opportunity to subscribe to newsletters.
